Chatham area transit services will be impacted by the half marathon and 5k on Saturday

SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – Services with Chatham Area Transit will be impacted due to the Publix Savannah Women’s Half Marathon and 5K running on Saturday, April 2.

Some stops will be closed along the 4 Barnard, 12 Henry and Skidaway routes until approximately 12 p.m. Stops will also be closed on the downtown loop of the Dot shuttle. The Dot’s Forsyth Loop will be completely stopped until around noon.

Routes 10 East Savannah, 14 Abercorn, 27 Waters, 28 Waters and 31 Skidaway will experience a five to 10 minute delay.

Forsyth Stitch Loop – Operation suspended until around 12 p.m.
